My college application essay was about my journey of losing 40 pounds in middle school. Since then, working out has become one of my favorite hobbies over the years. 

I try to go to NYU 404 Fitness 3 or 4 times per week. I have loosely been following the principles laid out in "Bigger, Leaner, Stronger" by Michael Matthews. I'm not too strict on dieting - check out how intermittent fasting works! However, I've been trying to cut down on pre-workout and coffee in general. 

I've taken up boxing to add some cardio into my routine. My favorite boxing gyms include Overthrow, Box + Flow,  and Title. I use ClassPass to gain access to these gyms.

Please let me know if you have any boxing gyms you like, or any ideas on how to improve my fitness!
